​Kennesaw State University recently opened a Center for Literacy and Learning.  It is open for any student K-12 that needs or wants to improve literacy (reading and writing) skills.  Program is 10 weeks long and will include testing, report, and individualized tutoring by a graduate student under the guidance of a professor. There will also be a parent support component and online assistance.  Fulton County Marshal’s Department is looking for a few Good Men & Women4/19/2012 8:40 AM

For the third year in a row the Fulton County’s Marshal’s Department is putting out the call for boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 16 to have the experience of a lifetime and get an up close and personal look at what it takes to be Fulton County Marshal. There will be two week long Junior Deputy Program with the first running from June 11-15 and the second beginning July 16 and ending July 20. The sessions begin at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. There will be 12 students selected for each session and an applicant can only attend one session.
